Refund Policy

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do! If you have a problem with your order, please email Zteam@thirdzy.com with your order number. We do not take returns, as we cannot reuse or resell opened or damaged product. We will be happy to offer you a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges/Replacements
If your item arrived damaged, we would be happy to replace it. Please let us know and send us a picture of the item as it arrived. We will send you a replacement. 

Refunds
You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
