PM Recovery Collagen is a multifunctional beast of a supplement. It is a blend of hydrolyzed collagen peptides (the collagen is broken down to be easy to absorb) with GABA, magnesium, tryptophan and L-theanine.

It does not contain melatonin and can be safely consumed as part of a regular sleep routine.
The Bedtime Reset capsules contain melatonin as well as a blend of herbal ingredients that have been shown in the scientific literature to help promote calmness, relaxation, and quality sleep. The Bedtime Reset capsules are intended to be used to help (re)establish better sleep habits especially following sleep pattern interruptions after traveling across time zones and for people with erratic sleep schedules. It's best taken for 1-2 weeks at a time to help reset your internal sleep clock.

Even if you feel like a pretty strong sleeper already, the functional ingredients in the PM Recovery Collagen will provide your body with nutrients that it can use to support better repair and recovery of your joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and bones. We suggest using the Bedtime Fix for 1-2 weeks at a time, as it’s best used to help with intermittent sleep timing issues. The PM Recovery Collagen can (and should) be used nightly as part of a strong sleep routine.
For best results, take them 30-60 minutes before bed.
No! Thirdzy supplements are natural and not ‘habit forming’ like sleep drugs. It might take a few nights for your body to get used to its new sleep routine when you start using Thirdzy supplements.
We recommend only taking the Bedtime Fix capsules for 1-2 weeks at a time because they contain melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone that you naturally produce in your brain. Sometimes when you take hormones in supplement form it can cause your body to produce less of your natural hormones. This has not been shown to be the case with melatonin, but we like to take the side of caution and recommend not using it continuously past 4 weeks. There is no harm in taking the capsules longer than the recommended 1-2 week period following a sleep timing interruption, but they are unlikely to provide additional benefits in resetting your sleep routine. After using Bedtime Reset for 1-2 weeks, we recommend discontinuing use for at least 1 week before using it again if you find that you need to reestablish your sleep routine with another 1-2 week use period.
PM Recovery Collagen does not contain melatonin and can be used as often as needed.
For both products, don’t stress about getting hooked! You won’t suffer or have any kind of withdrawal if you miss a night.
